1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Nizami platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Nizami provides a cloud accounting platform that includes account management, e-invoicing, POS, and inventory management. The service is provided "as is" with maximum effort to ensure availability and performance.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the platform are owned by Northstar Logic. Your data remains fully owned by you and can be exported at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice before material changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
